"The Timing of Everything He Has Planned is Held Within the Lord’s Hands"

In the vision, I was standing with the Lord and He had a silver cylinder looking item in his hands. I knew that it was a scroll, but it did not look like a normal scroll. The Lord smiled and said: “Sue this is not what you expect, but it is My Words to your Times. I want you to open it.” I looked at the silver cylinder and it had no seal, no holes for a key, or any flaps for lifting the cover off. It was a Mystery. He watched me with amusement as I studied the cylinder. I finally said, “Well, it cannot be opened by external means, so it must be spoken to then.” The Lord grinned and said, “Well done Sue, what is the decree for this to open?” I thought for a moment, and I said to the cylinder, “Now is the Time! It’s time for you to begin!”

" 나는 잠시간 생각했고,, 그리고 그 실린더에게 말했습니다," 이제 그 시간이다 ! 너가 시작할 시간이다 ! "
Suddenly the silver cylinder just unfolded, and it was a scroll. This scroll was very unusual as its page was made up of long silvery feathers with the wording etched into them. It was most unusual! Then it lifted up from my hands and it unfolded more so that the feathers branched out, and it immediately flew away from us! I was shocked and turned to the Lord for understanding. He said, “Well done Sue! It’s time for My People to decree what they see from Me. It’s time for My People to call forth what I reveal to them, for it is time for the expansion of My Kingdom Purposes to begin in earnest that are written for your lives and also for your times. It is time to decree what I am doing among you and release My Words to begin. Now is the time that they are believed and also heard! Believe in My Words that I give you! Live within My Words, for the Times of the Blossoms will surely be seen!”
" 돌연 그 은빛 실린더가 그냥 열렸는데,, 그건 두루마리였습니다. 이 두루마리는 아주 흔치 않은 방식이었는데,, 그것 페이지가 긴 은빛 깃털들로 되었는데,, 그것들 안쪽으로 글자가 식각되어 있었습니다. 그건 아주 흔치 않은 것이었습니다 ! 그때 그게 내 두손으로부터 위쪽으로 오르더니 그게 더 열렸고,, 그래서 그 깃털들이 가지처럼 삦어 나왔고, 그리고 그게 즉각 우리로부터 날아 갔습니다 ! 나는 충격을 받았고,, 주님께로 이게 뭐지 하고 돌아섰습니다. 그 분이 말했습니다," 잘했다 수 ! 내 백성,, 그들이 내게서 나오(보)는 것을 포고(선포)할 시간이다. 내 백성이 내가 그들에게 드러내 보이는 것을 밖으로 명할 시간이다, 이는 내 왕국의 목적한 것들이 본격적으로 팽창하기 시작할 시간이기 때문이다,, 너희 삶들,, 너희 때들을 두고,, 기록되어 있는 것이. 내가 너희 가운데서 행하고 있는것을 선포하여,, 내 말들이 시작토록 풀어질 시간이다. 이제 그것들이,, 믿어지고,, 또한 들려질 시간이다 ! 내 말,, 내가 너희에게 주는 ,, 그것들을 믿으라 ! 내 말 안쪽에서 살아라, 이는 확실히 그 꽃이 피는 때들이 보이게 될 것이기 때문이다 ! "

이사야 35:1 광야와 마른땅이 정령 기뻐할 것이니; 사막이 즐거워하며,, 장미처럼, 백합처럼 꽃 필 것이다. 그게 정령 풍성히 꽃피워,, 즐거워 할 것이다 기뻐서 노래하기까지. 레바논의 영광이 그것에 더해질 것이니 갈멜산의 웅잠함과 샤론의 평원이로다, 그것들이 여호와의 영광을 볼 것이요,, 우리 하나님의 위엄과 웅장함이 뛰어남이라. 연약한 손들을 강하게 하고 힘없이 아장아장하는 무릎을 굳게 하라. 두려움에 서두르는 마음의 자들에게 말하라, 담대히 하고,, 두려워 마라 ! 보라, 너희 하나님이 보복하러 오신다 ; 하나님의 보상하심을 가지고 그가 오사 너희를 구할 것이다. 그때 소경의 눈이 정령 열릴 것이요,, 귀머거리의 귀가 막히지 않을 것이다. 그때 절름발이는 사슴처럼 뛸것이고 벙어리의 혀가 기뻐 노래할 것이다, 이는 사막에 물이 터질 것이요,, 광야에 개울이 흐를것이기 때문이다. 불타는 모래와 신기루가 웅덩이가 될 것이고, 건조한 땅이 물샘이 될 것이다 ; 여우의 출몰지에,, 안식이 있고,, 갈대와 녹음이 짙을 것이다. 거기 한 고속도로가 있으리니, 한 길이다 ; 그리고 그것은 거룩한 길이라 불릴 것이다. 더러운 자들이 그 위로 넘어가지 못할 것이고, 대신 구속받은(회복된)자들을 위한 길이 될 것이니 ; 떠도는 자들이,, 그렇다, 우둔한 자들과 바보들이, 거기서 실수하여 그들 길을 잃지 않을 것이다. 사자도 거기 없을 것이고, 어떤 해로운 짐승도 거기에 나타나지 않으리라 ; 그것들이 거기서 발견되지 않을 것이다. 대신 구속(회복된)자들이 그 위로 걸을 것이다. 그리고 여호와의 구속받은 자들이 돌아와 시온으로 올 것이다,, 노래를 부르며, 영원한 기쁨이 그들 머리위에 있을 것이나; 그들이 기쁨과 유쾌함을 얻을 것이고, 슬픔과 한숨이 사라질 것이다.
