“The Heavenly Clock, the Seed of Promise, and the City Vision” - 04-24-25
" 천국(하늘)의 시계, 약속의 씨앗과 그 도시 환상 " - 2025-4-24
I laid on the floor of my bedroom talking with the Lord. All of a sudden, I was in the vision. I walked to the heavenly prayer room with Jesus. Before we entered the prayer room, the Lord told me to stand in the back of the room and assigned this angel to be with me. The prayer room had expanded because it will expand and contract according to the size of what's going on at that time in the prayer room. I saw there were many elders there and they were praying with their censers filled with incense. I saw a beautiful chair in the front of the room, and Jesus was now seated there at the head of the proceedings that were going on.
As the elders were swinging their censers, the rising incense got really thick in the room. The fragrance of the worship and prayer was everywhere. Within the cloud of the incense, all of a sudden, I realized that I saw the earth below us. I saw different areas upon the earth as it turned in the room.
나는 주님과 얘길 하면서,, 내 침대 마루에 누워 있었읍니다. 돌연, 내가 환상속에 있었습니다. 나는 예수님과 함께 천국(하늘)의 기도실로 걸어갔습니다. 우리가 기도실로 들어가기 전,, 주님이 내게 말하여 이르길,, 그 방 뒤쪽에 서 있으라 말하고 나와함께 있을 이 천사를 배정했습니다. 그 기도실은 더 넓어(팽창해)졌습니다,, 왜냐함,, 그것은 그 시간,, 그 기도실에서 진행되는 일 규모에 따라 팽창하고,, 수축하기 때문입니다. 나는 그기 여러 장로들이 있는것을 봤고,,, 그들은 그들 향으로 채워진 향로들을 가지고서 기도를 하고 있었습니다. 나는 한 아름다운 의자를 보게 되었고,,, 그리곤 예수님이 그때 그기 앉으셨는데,,, 그 진행중인 절차(순서)의 시작부분이었습니다.
그 장로들이 그들 향로들을 이리저리 흔들었을때에,, 그 오르는 향 연기가 실제로 그 방안을 짙게 채웠습니다. 그 예배와 기도의 향내음이 어디에서나 맡아졌습니다. 그 향내음 구름 안쪽에서,, 돌연,,,,내 자신이 우리 아래쪽으로 땅(지구)이 보인다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 나는 땅 위의 다른 지역들도 보았습니다,, 그 향내음이 그 방안에서 돌아 움직일때에.
I kept watching and then I saw the city of Rochester come into view. I then saw a large rock lying in Rochester. I then see a pendulum swinging back and forth above the rock. The Lord nodded in approval, and I heard the Lord say, “Where is the keeper of the clock? Where is the keeper of the clock?” I heard His voice keep asking, and the other people in the room are waiting in the Lord’s presence. I'm just watching. Again, the lord said, “Where is the keeper of the clock?” Finally, Jesus said, “Sue, come up here.” I did not know He was talking to me! I was stunned, but I walked up to the front of the prayer room. Jesus then said, “Are you not the keeper of the clock?” I said, “I don't know.” He says, “Don't you have the seed of the promise? You know, the call for Rochester. Don't you carry the seed?” I then said, “yes.” He continued, “Every seed has a clock in it. Every seed has a timing of when it will come forth and sprout, a timeframe written within it for fulfillment. Have you not been watching over the city?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Now Watch."
나는 계속해서 쳐다 봤는데,, 그때,, 나는 (뉴욕) 로체스터시가 시야에 들어오는것을 보았습니다. 나는 그때,, 한 거대한 바위가 로체스터에 있는것을 봤습니다. 나는 그때 그 바위 위쪽으로 시계추 하나가 왔다갔다 하는것을 보았습니다. 주님이 안다는 뜻 고개를 끄덕였고,, 그러자 나는 주님이 다음과 같이 말하는 것을 들었습니다, " 그 시계를 지키는 자가 어디 있느냐 ? 그 시계를 지키는 자가 어디 있느냐 ? " 나는 그 분의 음성이 계속해서 묻는것을 들었습니다,, 그리고 그 방안의 다른 사람들은 주님이 출석하기를 기다리고 있습니다. 나는 그냥 지켜보고만 있습니다. 다시금, 주님이 말했습니다, " 그 시계를 지키는 자가 어디 있느냐 ? " 마지막으로 예수님이 말했습니다 " 수, 이리로 올라와(나오너)라." 나는 그 분이 내게 말하고 있다는 것을 몰랐습니다! The clock pendulum was still swinging back and forth above the rock, and it began to slow down. Then it finally stopped, and then I heard the sound of like…big bells going off. A massive bell sound erupted over the entire city region. I then saw that everything in Rochester had a clear hard shell or spiritual barrier over it so that everything appeared to be lifeless and smothered. Everything was stuck with a heavy coating over it. When the clock the pendulum stopped, and the loud bells started gonging, all of the clear transparent shell shattered like glass would shatter at a loud sound, and it was like everything came alive, and the reality of God's presence was able to penetrate the hardness. It was like a spiritual hardness.
" 그 시계추가 여전히 왔다 갔다 하고 있었습니다,, 그 바위 위쪽에서, 그런데,, 그것이 느려지기 시작했습니다. 그때 그것이 마침내,, 멈추어 버렸고, 그때 나는 소리를 들었는데...큰 종소리가 터져 울리는 것 같은 소리였습니다. 한 육중한 종소리가 그 전체 도시 지역위로 뿜어지듯 울려 나갔습니다. 나는 그때,, 봤습니다,, 로체스터의 모든것이 그 위로 한 투명한 단단한 껍질막, 아니 영적 장벽(방벽:spiritual barrier)이 둘러져 있었기에,, 결과적으로,, 생명없이 묻힌 듯 보였습니다. 모든것이 아주 무겁게 그 위로 들러붙어 붙은 것이 있었습니다. 그 시계,, 진자(시계추)가 멈췄을 때,, 그리고 그 크다란 징같은 소리가 울려 나갔고, 모든 투명한 명확한 껍질이 큰 소리에 유리가 박살이 나듯,, 산산히 조각 났습니다, 그것은 모든것이 살아 난 듯 했습니다, 하나님 임재의 실제함이 그 단단한 것을 뚫고 들어갈 수가 있었습니다. 그것은 어떤 영의 단단한 물질 같았습니다.
The hard clear coating was on everything. It was like the veil that we read about in the scriptures. Everything has a spiritual hardness like death, and it's like the hardness broke. The very being of God’s reality began to penetrate the hardness because it shattered, and everything came alive with the awareness of God, and that's when everything started happening, because God had to penetrate the hardness of what had been spiritually dead for a long time in the city.

The Lord was breaking through. It was the time for even the hardest of shells, and the seeds of God’s promises are to break open so that new life would begin. The hardness of people's hearts and minds, and the hardness of human intelligence and reasonings would shatter at the knowledge of the Lord in their midst. The hardness of the world systems that smothers entire cities and nations. Jesus has been working to break that through with our continual prayers and heavenly legislation. The Lord is bringing breakthrough in order to bring life. Men will have an opportunity to see and know the truth and to be able to embrace the Lord and receive His life.

When the bells sounded, it was like an earthquake happened and everything shattered. I watched and then the seed broke open and it also sprouted. So, what this vision tells me is that the time frame of the seed that we've been carrying for so long in our prayers and legislation is about to break open. He's showing us that it's about to break open, and things are going to start happening. We've been in a very long fallow season, where everything is spiritually dead, and nothing is moving, and nothing is happening. The time frame of the cycle of death that's kept everything dead here, it's about to shatter.

The spiritual hardness is going to break. The hardness of men's hearts, the hardness of men's minds. That's why everything was on fire and people were screaming and repenting because the reality of God was penetrating their hard hearts and minds. The whole point of this vision experience was that the Lord was encouraging us that He is at work in every heart and mind. There's a timeframe for every person, every family, and every city, and every nation. He's encouraging us that the His Word is going to sprout soon, and that the time frame for Rochester's awakening is coming and to not lose heart in prayers. His Clock is ticking.
그 영의 단단한 것이 부숴질 것입니다. 인간 마음들의 그 단단한 것, 인간 정신들의 그 단단한 것이. 그래서 모든것이 불이 붙었고,, 사람들은 비명을 지르면서 회개하고 있었습니다,, 왜냐함 하나님의 실제가 그들 단단한 마음들과 정신들을 침투해 들어오고 있었기에. 이 환상 경험의 전체 욧점은,, 주님,, 그 분이 모든 마음들과 정신들 안에서 일하고 있다는 것으로 우리에게 용기를 주고 있었다는 것입니다. 모든 개인을 위한, 모든 가족을 위한, 모든 도시를 위한, 모든 민족(나라)를 위한 시간대가 있다는 것입니다. 그 분이 우리를 격려하고 있습니다.. 그 그 분의 말씀이 곧 싹을 튀울 것이라는 것으로,, 그리고 로체스터의 깨어남의 시간대가 오고 있다는 것으로, 그리고 기도하는 일에 기가 꺽히지 말 것이라는... 그 분의 시계가 짹각이고 있습니다.

Spiritual Hardness(영의 단단함):
Mark 16:14 Afterward He appeared to the Eleven [apostles themselves] as they reclined at table; and :3 He reproved and reproached them for their unbelief (their lack of faith) and their hardness of heart, because they had refused to believe those who had seen Him and looked at Him attentively after He had risen [from death]. 15 And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of the whole human race].

Ephesians 4:17 So this I say and solemnly testify in [the name of] the Lord [as in His presence], that you must no longer live as the heathen (the Gentiles) do in their perverseness [in the folly, vanity, and emptiness of their souls and the futility] of their minds. 18 Their moral understanding is darkened and their reasoning is beclouded. Isaiah 25:7 And He will destroy on this mountain the covering of the face that is cast over the heads of all peoples [in mourning], and the veil [of profound wretchedness] that is woven and spread over all nations.
그가 이 산 위에서 모든 백성들 머리위로 드리워진 얼굴 덮개를 파괴할 것이며, 그 가리개,, 모든 민족들 위로 짜여진채 펼쳐져 있는
가리개를 파괴할 것이다.
또 이 산에서 모든 민족의 얼굴을 가린 가리개와 열방 위에 덮인 덮개를 제하시며
