LOOK FOR THE OLD PATHS

그 옛길들을 찾으라

16 Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. Jeremiah 6

예레미야 6:16

여호와가 이렇게 말하시니, 너희는 길들에 서서 보아,, 그 옛길들을 찾아 물으라, 어디가 그 선한 길인지를 그리고 그리로 걸으라, 그러면 너희가 너희 혼을 위해 안식을 얻을 것이라, 하지만 그들이 말했다, 우리는 그리로 걷지 않을 것이라고.

여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시되 너희는 길에 서서 보며 옛적 길 곧 선한 길이 어디인지 알아보고 그리로 가라 너희 심령이 평강을 얻으리라 하나 그들의 대답이 우리는 그리로 가지 않겠노라 하였으며 (개역개정)

Before map makers had arrived to America the Native Americans had developed an extensive trail system that allowed them to find their way through extensive forests. In time these trails became invaluable to others, and allowed them to find their way, when most everyone could get easily lost.

지도 만드는 이들이 어메리카에 도착하기 전 그 원주민 어메리칸(인디언)은 한 광범위한 오솔길 체계를 계발 하므로서, 그들이 그 광대한 산림숲들 속에서 그들길을 찾게 했습니다. 때론 이러한 오솔길(체계)은 다른이들에게 더할 나이 없이 귀중하게 되었고, 그들로 하여금 그들 길을 찾게 해 주었습니다,, 대부분의 모든이가 빈번히 길을 잃을 수 있었을 때에.

They found a way of bending the trees in such a manner that they then were more recognizable, and provided a marker to those in the forest. Today, one can still find some of the remnants of these trees as they serve as reminders to many.

The Native American tribes would create a marker that would bend at certain points on the tree, thus allowing travelers to see these markers in all types of weather conditions, as well as from great distances.

그들은 그 나무들을 구부려 놓는 한 방식을 발견했고,, 그러한 방식으로 그들은 그때 더 용이하게 알아볼수 있어, 그 숲속에서 표지역활을 제공했습니다. 오늘 날, 누구든 여전히 이러한 나무들 중의 남아있는 몇 개를 발견할수 있는데,, 그것들은 많은이들에게 상기시키는 역활을 합니다. 그 원주민 어메리칸(인디언)족속들은 그 나무의 특정 지점을 구부리곤 해서 표지를 만들곤 했습니다,,이렇게 하므로 여행자들이 이러한 표지들을 보도록,, 온갖 험한 기후상태 하에서, 더불어,, 먼거리에서도 알아보게.

But God tells us that we can find our way through the intricate paths that we would come across in this world. His markers are His word and the Holy Spirit that would guide us into all truth. The paths that the Almighty provides for us are ancient, and those of old knew that they could rely upon them.

하지만 하나님은 우리에게 말씀하십니다,, 우리가 우리의 길을 찾을 수 있도록,, 우리가 세상에서 마주하는 그러한 복잡한 여정 가운데서. 그 분의 표지판은 그 분의 말씀이며 그 거룩한 영(성령)입니다 우리로 모든 진리 가운데로 인도해 가는. 우리를 위해 전능자께서 제공하는 그 길들은 태고의(오래된) 것입니다,, 구약의(옛) 자들은 알았습니다,,  그들이 그것들을 의지할 수 있다는 것을.

These markers are not seen with natural eyes, but the eyes of the spirit can easily see them. The debris and thickets of this world are wiped away, as one travels upon them. one doesn’t need a GPS or any other form of navigational device to aid them in their travels, for His voice and word if sufficient.

이러한 표지(판)들은 자연적인 눈으론 보이지 않습니다, 하지만 영의 눈에는 쉽게 그것들이 보입니다. 이 세상의 잡부스르기와 얽는 것들이 걷혀집니다. 사람이 그 길로 걸어나갈때에. 사람들은 그들 여행길을 찾는데 GPS(네비게이션)나, 혹은 다른 형태의 길 안내 장치가 필요치 않습니다, 이는 그분의 음성과 말이 충분할 뿐이기때문입니다.

보는 눈과 듣는 귀

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: Matt. 7:24

그러므로, 누구든 이러한 내 말을 듣고서 그것들을 행하는 자들을 내가 지혜로운 자로 비우할 것이다, 그의 집을 반석(확실히 안전한 돌)위에 지은(자로) : 마태복음 7:24

Matthew 13:15-17: For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them. 

마태복음 13:15-17 이는 이 백성의 마음이 굳어졌음이라 ; 그들이 거의 그들 귀로 듣질 못하니,  그들이 그들 눈을 감았음이라.  그렇지 않음, 그들이 그들 눈으로 보았을 것이요, 그들 귀로 들어, 그들 마음으로 이해하므로  돌이켰을 것이고,, 내가 그들을 치료할 것인데. 

이 백성들의 마음이 완악하여져서 그 귀는 듣기에 둔하고 눈은 감았으니 이는 눈으로 보고 귀로 듣고 마음으로 깨달아 돌이켜 내게 고침을 받을까 두려워함이라 하였느니라

그러나 너희 눈은 봄으로, 너희 귀는 들음으로 복이 있도다 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 많은 선지자와 의인이 너희가 보는 것들을 보고자 하여도 보지 못하였고 너희가 듣는 것들을 듣고자 하여도 듣지 못하였느니라

"I have made both eyes to see and ears to hear----and yet how many truly see with the eyes of my spirit? How many have ears to hear in this world of many voices? How many need to hear my voice from another one?

" 내가 보는 눈 듣는 귀 양쪽을 만들었다 --- 그럼에도 얼마나 많은이가 진정 내 영의 눈으로 보는지 ?  얼마나 많은이들이 이 세상에서 많은 음성으로 듣는 귀를 가졌는지 ? 얼마나 많은이들이 다른귀로 내 음성을 듣는지 ?

For my voice is not the loudest one that would speak. Although it has thundered in the past, it speaks from the lips of my true servants. It comes as the dew upon the grass. It comes as the wind among the trees. It speaks to the young and the old. My voice comes in the morning; and yet it comes at noon time. It is poured forth at the midnight hour. 

이는 내 음성은 말하는 음성중 가장 큰 음성이기 때문이다. 그것이 과거엔 천둥소리로 울렸었지만, 그 음성은 내 참 종된이의 입술에서 나간다. 그것은 초목위의 이슬로 내린다. 그것은 바람사이로 부는 바람으로 온다. 그것은 어린이나, 늙은이들에게 말한다. 많은 음성이 아침에 온다; 그렇지만 정오시간에도 온다. 그것은 한 밤중에도 들려진다. 

How many spend the time to truly know Me, says the Lord? Many claim to know Me and yet, they are far from Me. But my voice is clear to those who truly know Me. You that speak for Me, are you ready to do what I ask of you? 

얼마나 많은이들이 나를 진정 알기위해 그 시간을 내는지, 주의 말이니라? 많은이들이 나를 안다고 주장한다, 그렇지만 그들은 나와는 멀다. 하지만 내 음성은 진정코 나를 아는 자들에겐 선명하다. 나를 대신해 말하는 너는, 내가 요구하는 것을 행할 준비가 되어 있느냐 ? 

For my word says that it is far greater to put into practice what I've called you to do than merely knowing what you should do. For the wise man built his house upon the rock, and he knew what he was to do. It is not enough to just know my word without putting it into practice. For even the devil himself knows my word."

이는 내 말이 이르길,, 내가 너희로 행하라 불렀던 것을 실행하는 것이 훨씬 더 중요함 때문이라,, 단순히 해야 할 것을 아는 것 보다. 이는 그 지혜자는 그의 집을 반석위에 지었음때문이며, 그가 해야 할 것을 알았음 때문이라. 내 말을 단순히 아는 것으론 충분치 않다,, 실행하지 않은 채.  이는 마귀조차도, 내 말을 앎때문이라. "
