God sends His angels on specific tasks. Some are sent to help us, the heirs of the Covenant. There are angels assigned to you, whose job it is to steer you into the will of God. They are assisting the Holy Spirit in His role of leading you by the Spirit. They carry the scrolls (books) of your destiny as God has written it. These books are the will of God. These angels know you. They are stationed close to you. They know who you are becoming in Christ. They know where you have been. And, they have instructions on how to engage with you.

These angels operate with the Holy Spirit, and are under His direction and supervision. These angels are some of the Spirit’s assistants who watch over you to help you. They are His heavenly servants doing His will.

You are seeking His will and cooperating with Him as He works to transform you by the renewing of your mind, that you might then have an increased heavenly capacity to comprehend God’s will as He reveals it to you.

The angels are on the outside of you; nevertheless, they engage with you spirit to spirit as well. They have authority to speak thoughts to your mind. A wise man of God once said, “When you get a thought that is smarter than you, that’s God.” These angels assist the Spirit in writing His words into the depths of your inner man where faith comes alive. These angels can administer comfort, hope, faith, love, endurance, revelation, and more. These angels, as well as others, also come to empower the will of God through you, helping you in whatever form of ministry and services the Lord has appointed you to. And yes, that power is the power of the Spirit of God.

That ‘power’ that Gabriel said was to ‘overshadow’ Mary is a power that comes from a realm other than earth. The Holy Spirit comes from the kingdom of heaven. Jesus declared as much, when He said, “But if I cast out demons with the finger of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.” Lk. 11: 20.
